Delivery points
We currently ship within Sweden and most countries in EU, directly from the webshop. See below for shipping rates.

Local Pickup Stockholm
Local pickup is available by appointment in our office at Maria Prästgårdsgata 15a
Make sure your choosen products are eligable for this option, by checking the Product information or your Shopping cart.


Delivery time & Shipping fee
After payment is done we aim to get your order shipped within 2-5 business days. During sales and public holidays delivery might take a little longer. 
Once the parcel is shipped, you will be notified either on e-mail or text.

    Shipping Sweden
    Standard shipping cost is 89 SEK

    Shipping EU zone 1
    Standard shipping cost is 149 SEK
    - EU zone 1: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovakia.


    Shipping EU zone 2
    Standard shipping cost 249 SEK
    - EU zone 2: Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Monaco, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain.

    Note to international buyers
    All costs related to the purchase and shipping of goods, such as custom duties, taxes or other fees, are paid by the buyer. Kollaget cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed in customs or the charge of custom fees.


    Payment
    We accepts payments by Visa, Mastercard, Klarna and Apple Pay.
    Sale products are non-refundable.

    All prices includes swedish VAT. For some products VAT is not visible on your order confirmation due to VAT margin scheme application for re-selling of vintage goods.

    Payment will be debited and cleared from your account, when your order is purchased. Prices shown on www.kollaget.com does not include shipping costs.
    Shipping and delivery charges will be added and indicated in checkout as part of the total amount of purchase. See Delivery time & Shipping fee

    If your order is placed from an EU country you are obligated to pay Swedish sales tax/VAT. This is according to customs policies regarding sales within the EU. If your order is placed from outside the EU you may have to pay additional tax and duties in the country of your destination. Kollaget is not responsible for these or for any fees charged by customs. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. This might delay the delivery. Please be advised that it’s your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.


    Tracking
    When we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order online.
    Pls note it could take a couple of days before the tracking information is uploaded.

    Packaging
    We try to use as environmentally friendly packaging as much as possible and avoid the use of plastic when not necessary.
